Return & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with MITOMO purchase for product quality reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for MITOMO purchases. In all cases, products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. Returns must be received within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Step 1: Fill out the Return Form on your package. Clearly print the return mailing address, including your name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you if necessary.
Step 2: Place your merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Return shipments can be tracked and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
Gift Returns and Exchanges
