1. Delivery Time

Transportation Type (Over 2KG) - Delivery Time

EMS Speed Post: 2-4 days
Air Parcel: 3-6 days
Sea & Air Transport Parcel: 6-13 days
Sea Bag: 1-3 months

Transportation Type (Within 2KG) - Delivery Time

International e-Packet: 6-13 days

Business Days and Holidays

All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding Japanese public holidays.
If an order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be processed on the next business day.
Packages will not be shipped from the distribution center on weekends or the following Japanese holidays:

New Year's Day
Labor Day
Christmas

Once an order is placed, we will proceed with the shipping process accordingly.
Cancellations or address changes due to customer circumstances cannot be accepted outside of business hours or on non-business days.
